The space The apartment, approximately 65 m² in size, is spread over two levels and is located on the second floor of a residential building without a lift, with access via an external staircase. At the entrance, there is a wardrobe that leads into a very bright living area, consisting of a living room with dining area, a table for multiple people and access to a south-facing balcony with a view of the mountains, ideal for enjoying the fresh air of Engadin. The kitchen is separate, equipped with a window and provided with an oven, fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine compatible with standard capsules (capsules not included) and kettle, the essentials for a relaxing and independent stay. At the first level, there is a comfortable double bedroom and a windowed bathroom complete with shower, washbasin, WC and washing machine. From the living room, an internal staircase leads to the second level (attic), where there is a second double room with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with washbasin, WC and bidet, offering privacy and additional comfort for families or small groups. The apartment has a shared parking space in the garage (maximum height 180 cm). If the vehicle does not fit within the indicated measurements, it will be the guest's responsibility to find alternative solutions at the municipal car parks.
