The home is set on the ground floor and as an added bonus has its own garden and terrace accessed via the lounge through the double French glass doors. The bright and light living room and dining area is both cosy and spacious, with fantastic features to make you feel totally at home. The large L-shaped sofa is the perfect spot to cosy up and take in the lovely view of the garden. There is a TV in the lounge with a BT TV box and Freeview, as well as a DVD player for you to watch your favourite movies. There is a spacious kitchen where you have everything you need to whip up a delicious dinner, including cooking utensils, cutlery, glassware and plenty of cookware. There is also lots of complimentary tea and coffee, salt and pepper and cooking oil for all guests so please help yourself! There is a lovely bedroom with a large and comfortable king-size bed and modern decor. The bedroom is light, with a lovely view of the greenery and the front terrace area. There's also plenty of storage space for your personal belongings. There is free Wifi throughout the property, a TV and guest toiletries such as soap and shampoo, fresh linen and towels which are provided for all guests. There is also a washing machine for your use during your stay. This is a lovely quiet neighbourhood yet close enough to the city centre and the beach for guests to enjoy everything Brighton and the surrounding areas have to offer.
