The space A three bedroomed terrace house with courtyard garden set in a cul-de - sac street 10minutes walk from the city centre offers a surprisingly tranquil and relaxing space for guests. The room listed is one of three bedrooms, the space is tranquil and relaxing. Placed on the first floor, there is also a single bedroom & shared bathroom with shower, bath, toilet, basin. On the ground floor there is a third double bedroom, kitchen/ diner, conservatory / sitting room, utility room with toilet, basin, washing machine. There is a stairwell between ground and first floor with bannister. Wooden flooring throughout with slate in the conservatory area. The small courtyard garden is rustic and restful to sit in as weather permits, access through the conserrvatory. Guest access Guests have access to bathroom and toilet in utility room, use of washing machine on request. Also kitchen with gas hob and electric oven, double porcelain sink, no dishwasher, wooden benches and shelving for storage, a large refrigerator. A simple kitchen to use and guests are more than welcome to use it. Courtyard garden is small and enclosed with high rendered walls and lots of seating, especially when the weather warm. During your stay I am a considerate and thoughtful host, wanting my guests to feel relaxed and at ease in my home and to have an enjoyable stay. I enjoy meeting guests and spending time with them is always a pleasure. I hasten to add that I am very respectful and discerning about guests need for space and privacy.
