We wish all of our fellow Airbnb-ers the happiest of holidays, and welcome you to our home - whatever your race, creed, colour - or anything else! Our home is a mid-terrace on a quiet street. We live here ourselves, but when we travel, we share! It's in a quiet neighbourhood, but really well-located; it's convenient to shops, a railway station and other public transport. We're 3 miles from Chichester, 1.5 miles from Bosham Quay, and 6.5 miles from Goodwood. The space Please note: if you're staying during the winter and would like to have a log fire...it's possible for a small extra charge (for logs, extra cleaning...you can imagine!). Please just ask. Pets. We don't accept them as a rule, but we've made exceptions to this and it's gone well. (It has definitely added to cleaning time!) Please ask and we will work something out if we can. We will make a small additional charge that will be passed directly to our cleaner. As part of our commitment to keep our guests safe from COVID-19, we're committed to enhanced cleaning, but frankly, we did that anyway. Upstairs: You'll find two freshly decorated, stylish and comfy bedrooms. Both bedrooms feature king beds; both beds are super comfy. Our linens are pure cotton and the duvets and pillows are feather and down. There is space to unpack, with drawers/baskets in both bedrooms, and a wardrobe in the front bedroom. There is also a great bathroom with a shower head in the ceiling and good lighting (Lighting: it's an actual Thing for us). Downstairs: The entranceway has a wardrobe for hanging your coats. Please leave your shoes there, too! It's quite open plan...the living room is on the left; straight ahead is the open-plan kitchen/dining area. Because we generally live in the house ourselves, we have our own food in the fridge and the cupboards, but there is space for yours, too. I'll send you notes about this when you book. You'll find a starter set of coffee, tea, sugar and honey, extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper (and about 20 other seasonings). You may want to arrange an Ocado order or similar if you'd like to get off to a flying start. Guest access Parking is streetside in front of our house but is often in high demand. The fallback options - pretty much around the corner in one direction or other - will provide streetside parking within a minute's walk from the house. Once you've booked, we will give you more specific directions about this! Other things to note We have fast wifi, and a TalkTalk box that gives you access to your Netflix, Amazon Prime and other accounts.
