The studio is located at the ground floor and is very welcoming and charming. The studio has a large room with the night ( bed ) area and sofa and tv, separate there is a full optional kitchen and a bathroom with shower. It is located at teh ground floor with direct access from the garden. No steps to reach the apartment the apartment has: air condition, free wifi, satellite tv, daily maid service except on sunday free parking area, garden with view and garden table, barbecue. Laundry room The space In 1997 my parents bought this beautiful abandoned and destroyed ex monastery to use at the time of their retirement because they falled in love for this unique location , reaaly the best in town. But when i finished the university I decide to do something different and my parents give me the big opportunity to do someting that I love. we rennovated the property keeping the original design , because the property is under specific law to preserve the place and the enviroment. the rennovation took 3 years. Since 2000 to 2003 I lived here and for me this is still my home, it is a special place with a magic and unique atmosphere. Then I started to rent the apartment and today I am happy to share my home with you The monolocale is a charming and hight funtional apartment for 2 people, with all you can need for a short or long stay. Included WIFI connection, satellite tv, free phone calls in all Italy, laundry facility, haird dryer, barbecue , garden facility and free parking and AIR CONDITION I am already 43 years old and spoiled , when I travel I look for semplicity , I do not need fancy accomodation but with quality and service and this is what I will offer to my visitors. So in the rate I have included - a daily maid service except on sunday ( from april to october) during the other months it depend the time of your stay - flexible check in dates I only ask minimum 2 nigths stay. At disposal of all the guest a fantastic garden well furnished with garnde tabled, long sun chairs, barbecue and really AN INREDIBLE VIEW , you can spent hours sitting in the garden , MOntorio and its apartmens are in a walking distance to the center of the village of Montepulciano, (only 10 minus by foot) there is a path that bring uo to town, while the supermarket , fruit store and 2 excellent restaurants are located at 2 minutes by foot . This is the perfect place to stay because you can enjoy the quite and the freedoom of a country home but at the same time you are not too far from the center of the town and most important you have a free parking area To garantee the exclusivity and the atmosphere of a home, at the entrance of montorio we have a gate , always closed , and at the time of check in we will provide our guest of a remote control to open it.
