Renovated, independent gîte on family property. Capacity 4 people. Tourist tax included. Great for a quiet, sporty, cultural, or gastronomic stay or just for a stop on the way to your vacation. Beaujolais house with an area of 55 m2 on 2 levels: living room, equipped kitchen + sofa bed in 140, a separate bedroom bed in 140, a mezzanine 1 bed 1 person; bathroom (shower), toilet and storage on the ground floor (interior staircase descending 13 steps). TV, WiFi Parking adjacent to the house. Garden furniture in the courtyard (possibility to eat outside in season). No garden Accommodation not accessible to people with reduced mobility. Beware of stairs for young children. No smoking allowed. We invite you to share with us our unheated swimming pool, in high season only (July/August except Sundays), from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. The accommodation is intended for 4 people (baby and child under 2 years INCLUDED). Grocery store, bakery, and producers' house in the village, all shops and restaurants 2 km away (Anse) Guest access Gîte adjoining the owners' house with independent access and parking. Only the yard is common. Motorcycle garage possible 2-car parking, camper access impossible Train station 2 km away access to A6 highway (Paris or Lyon) 15 min away Other things to note Check-in is between 4 p.m. and 5 p.m. and check-out is around 11 a.m. These schedules can be adjusted if necessary, with prior agreement. Possibility of self check-in for late arrivals or in our absence, leaving the keys in a secure safe at the entrance of the cottage. We do not charge a cleaning fee but expect in return that the premises are left clean and tidy
