You have a sunny garden with Loggia and a terrace. You enter directly into the cosy living and bedroom, from here you proceed to the kitchen and the beautiful bathroom. From the bedroom you look on the large beautiful garden where you can enjoy views of the surrounding green countryside and have alfresco meals. The building was built in the typical Florentine grey stone and preserves all the authentic feature of its ancient origin. It has central heating , so it's very comfortable also in the Spring and Autumn. The location is ideal for a relaxing holiday among olive groves. At same time you are in very close touch with Florence, but not only: Fiesole is only 3,5 km far and crossing the river you get immediately into the Chiantishire. The owners live in the main building, on the upper part of the property, and are always available for their guests. They know the area very well living here a long time. It’s a 7,5 hectare property with organic extra virgin olive oil production. If you want we can arrange a guided tour to our oil-mill in Fiesole. Easy bus connections directly to the center of Florence are only 1 km away. You can leave your car on the property, have a nice 1 km walk along romantic little streets (see fotos) and take a bus....
