The space 3br/2ba Destination Tres Palmas – Your own private paradise on 1/3 acre Enjoy your stay in an authentic 1950’s 2 bedroom, 1 bath main house and separate guest house. Perfect space for couples or kids. Our home features a fully equipped kitchen and pantry, flatscreen in living room and guest house, Wifi, a baby grand piano, luxury linens, salt water play pool, spa for 6, gas grill, portable outdoor heater and plenty of pool toys for your enjoyment! Tres Palmas is located up a hill in Magnesia Falls Cove, just a 5 minute walk to The River shopping, dining and entertainment complex and 5 minutes to hiking and biking in the nearby mountains. The terraced property has fabulous mountain and valley views, dramatic night landscape lighting of large palms and a 70’ 5- trunked eucalyptus tree and 7’ Caterra Stone fountain in front of the guest house. Yes, we are pet friendly and want you to relax and enjoy every minute of your stay in the glorious desert! With many private areas to hang out, Tres Palmas is a mellow retreat to de-stress surrounded by eclectic furnishings and art from the 50’s and 60’s. We are very strict about maintaining the quiet of our neighborhood, and no noisy partiers are allowed. Please note that neighbors call when there is noise/music after 10 pm. Costs associated with rental include $200 for cleaning and our property manager who lives in the neighborhood to set up the house and grounds for your visit. Our house is cleaned and sanitized in accordance with Airbnb's Cleaning Protocol and best practices. Personal sanitizing products are provided for each guest to use at their discretion. There is a charge of $45/day for heating the pool according to the length of your stay. Spa heat is included with the rental rate. A deposit of $500 is required at the time of booking. Please note pricing is higher for major holidays and events, and pool heat will be by arrangement at your discretion. It is best and easiest to contact me prior to making a request to book if you'd like the pool heated! It is fully fenced with iron gates for those who have small children and/or pets, however, the smallest dogs and cats may be able to squeeze between the bars on gates. The pool is not separately fenced within the property. Other things to note While the main house has central heat and a/c, the guest house has a new "mini split" heat and a/c with remote control. There are also extra blankets and room fans in the closets. Summer guests should note that temperatures in the desert consistently reach 110-115 degrees in July and August and despite our best efforts, certain rooms may still be warmer than you'd like.
