It consists of 3 apartments with independent entrances, each with its own characteristics. Each apartment has a kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms and large balconies. The two apartments on the ground floor have direct access to the courtyard/garden/swimming pool. The third, located on the first floor, has large balconies and has 2 more rooms: a living room with a fireplace and a large dining table and an antique study where you can study or work comfortably. The large common courtyard offers the possibility of having dinners or barbecues outdoors (special barbecues will be available). Each apartment has private outdoor spaces. The property includes cultivated strips, interspersed with portions of lawn that will be made available for sunbathing and relaxing after a day at the beach or after walks on the many hiking trails. There is an above-ground swimming pool regularly sanitized and treated with special products available to guests. Guest access Guests' cars can be parked on the property beyond the gate, and only one space is available in a garage. Free parking is also available on the adjacent road. Tenuta MareMonti is in Casarza Ligure, a town in the Ligurian hinterland, but just a few kilometers from Sestri Levante.
