Ideal chalet for resting. close to beaches

The house is very close to Santander, about a 10-minute drive. Taking the train to and from Santander is very convenient as you avoid paying for parking. The town of Bezana is large and has everything, bars, supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies and a 24-hour health center. The beach is in Soto de la Marina, 7 minutes away, and there is a bus to go near the house. Also nearby are the beaches of La Arnia, Covachos, La Virgen del Mar, and the beach of Valdearenas Liencres. The space The house is very spacious and has a ground floor, a first floor and an attic (not set up). On the ground floor is the kitchen, which is large and has everything so you don't need to come loaded. The living room is 40 meters with 3 areas: a TV area with a folding sofa, armchairs, and tables. Work area with table and chairs A dining area with a large table and chairs, and an exit to the open porch and garden. The porch has everything you need to eat and has a small electric barbecue. On the ground floor there is a room attached to the house independent of it, it is my private one and has its private entrance and exit so I do not have to enter the house. When I am there, my two older Beagle dogs and small size are there. Their area is fenced at 2 meters so they are not in contact with the guests. If I go on a trip, they go with me or they go to take care of them. The house has privacy and is fenced by a block and a wooden part. 1st floor: It has a room with a 1.35 bed for 2 people and has a full bathroom, a closet and a desk. The 2nd bedroom has a 1.35 bed for 2 people and a full bathroom, it has a closet and a dresser with drawers. The 3rd bedroom has a trundle bed and can be used by both children and adults. The 4th bedroom has a 90 cm bed In all rooms there are 2 sets of sheets and towels, blankets and duvets as well as toilet paper and soap in bathrooms. At the main entrance to the house there are 2 small gardens and free outdoor parking at the door of the house and in the back there is a large plot. The house has heating with a thermostat. Please lower the temperature when leaving and at bedtime. Guest access The House accommodates 2 to 5 people and from 2 people, 20 euros more per person is charged. If it is rented to two people, it is never rented to other unknown people. If rented to more, always acquaintances or families Bezana is very large and the good thing about it is the train in the center of town to be able to travel throughout Cantabria. There is also a City Council bus that runs through all the towns in the municipality and reaches Soto de la Marina and San Juan de la Canal beach as well as a small dog beach. It is important to know that it is a large town and has all the amenities and has a health center that attends to emergencies 24 hours a day for both adults and children. Other things to note The house is located 15 minutes from Cabarceno by autovía, 30 min from Santillana del Mar, 30 minutes in Lierganes very typical town for its beauty and its churros. In Villapresente is the Great Labyrinth and in Cabuerniga there is the great Aventura park with zip lines and many activities for children and adults From Bezana there is a feve train to the Santander train station of both feve and Renfe with link to Palencia, Valladolid ,Madrid and link at Atocha al Ave station for all of Spain. There is also Ferry in England that leaves the center of Santander very close to the house. From the center there are boats to get to know the bay as well as the villages of Pedreña and Somo very typical by the schools of Surfing and their Surfers . Santander there is also Escuela de Vela .
