Private, cozy, detached older 3 bedroom house in Barrie, Ontario! Enjoy complete top to bottom privacy during your stay! Bedrooms • MAIN floor bedroom has a queen size bed • Two UPPER level bedrooms: > 1st upper bedroom has a queen size bed and a foldable cot > 2nd upper bedroom has a double size bed • Floor lamps, space heaters/air conditioners for extra heating and cooling in both rooms • Dressers and closets with hangers Main Bathroom (main floor) • Bathtub and "waterfall" shower head, toilet, and double sink vanity • Shampoo, body wash, hand soap and toilet paper are provided Half/Powder bathroom (main floor) • Toilet and sink Kitchen • Spacious kitchen with a stove/oven, fridge/freezer, toaster, coffee maker and microwave • Pots/pans, plates, drinking glasses/cups, and utensils are provided • Kitchen's dinette table can easily and comfortably seat 6-8 people • Coffee, tea, sugar and coffee whitener are provided Family Room • Sectional sofa sleeper (pulls out into a double size bed), and 2 love seats • TV with access to Netflix (4M’s Gem) • High speed internet with ethernet access • Laptop/work desk Basement Recreation Room • Pool table and air hockey table Backyard • Large, spacious backyard surrounded by many tall, beautiful mature trees • Picnic table • Swing set (great for families with young children) Parking • Long drive way can easily fit 3-4 vehicles (back to back) Guest access • Guests have access to the entire house EXCEPT the back part of the basement (storage room), garage and backyard sheds. • Self serve check in: Door keypad entry (with your personal pass code) is used to enter the house. Your pass code will be sent to you the day before your arrival. • Please feel free to check in any time after 4pm using the side door (beside the driveway at the side of the house) Other things to note • The two upper level bedrooms currently do not have ceiling light fixtures (except in the closets), but these rooms have floor lamps that provide ample lighting. • Please note there is no laundry machine or dryer available for use in the property • Upstairs bedrooms have extra heating (portable heaters) as it may get cold at certain times during the winter • Please be cautious going up the stairs to the upper second floor, as the stairs are a little steep • Please note there is an outdoor Ring doorbell at the side door of the side of the house, and an outdoor camera at the front of the house • Snow shoveling during the guest’s stay is the responsibility of the guest (shovels and salt will be provided) • Please indicate the exact number of guests and pet(s) staying on the reservation (there is a one time pet fee per stay).
