Fully furnished flat in Istanbul’s first tripled towers - Dumankaya Ikon Residence. Enjoy the view of all the Princes Islands and Marmara sea in our flat 1+1. The property is located in Ataşehir not far to the city center in Asian side of Istanbul. The space A cosy flat in the building with many facilities. Stylish furniture, panoramic view to the Princess Islands, fast internet, Smart TV, NETFLIX, YOUTUBE...... The space: - one double bed ( it can be separated) and one sofa bed for two persons; - Towels, slippers, bathrobe and other bath utilities; - Fully equipped kitchen (plates, glasses, kettle, Turkish coffee machine, toaster, oven etc.); - clean bedding with 4 pillows, blankets... Guest access - 7/24 building security and there is a big supermarket “Carrefour” on the ground floor - for indoor car parking all our guests need to sent to us car documents 3 days in advance. - it’s free for all our guests staying over 30 days - for outdoor car parking you can find free parking places around the residence and also there are possibility’s for parking 2 usd per day Other things to note Atasehir is one of the modern part of Istanbul where it has many restaurants and coffee places for enjoying local like city experiences . It is near to the main shopping centers which is attractive for you for shopping with good prices. There are some big Shopping Malls around: “Akasya”, “Emaar Square ”, “Watergarden”, “Optimum”,. From our residence to the Shopping Malls it takes 3-5 min away by taxi. Atasehir is also close to one of the most attractive spots of Asian side of Istanbul: Kadikoy, Moda, Bagdat Street (which are part of Istanbul’s nice exampel city life and places). Public transportation is nearby with Metro/minibus. It is easy to go around also by taxi.
