The space A 20 m2 suite inside the main Villa with a very nice bathroom (cast iron bathtub), which can accommodate 2–4 people. The house is a hundred years old with a crazy character, renovated with a lot of love while preserving its style of yesteryear. A short walk to the sea and the famous Roosevelt Street fish restaurants. Close to the train station to go to the attractions of Tunis such as La Marsa, Carthage (Port Punique...), Sidi Bou Said, Tunis center, as well as the Medina of Tunis. The house is ideally located between Tunis Centre and the chic seaside neighborhoods of the northern suburbs of Tunis. The accommodation rate is 29 euro per night per person including breakfast.
