Charming 300 year old Bishop's house

Welcome to our 300-year-old former bishop’s house in a medieval village. The space The Bishop's former house was built in the 18th century and is in the center of the historic village of Vence. You will be impressed by the historic feeling the house has with its ceiling and the faithfully restored wooden beams. The house is tastefully decorated with objects of the numerous antique dealers of the region. You will be able to do your daily shopping at the local farmer's markets. The village house is divided in 3 floors . At the ground floor there is a living room (with one sofabed), a television, a bathroom with toilet and a laundry room. On the first floor, you have the lounge and the fully equipped Provençal kitchen (owen, microwaves, dishwasher). One of the walls in the lounge has exposed stones and a cosy fireplace. There are 2 bedrooms on the second floor (one king size bed and one with double bed or twin), both with airconditionning. A shower room with toilets is located at this floor. The last floor is a mezzanine floor under the roof, linked to the second bedroom. It has a double bed and an office space, as well as aircondtionning. Guest access You will have access to the entire house. Other things to note Check-In: We request our guests to arrive within the check-in time given. Past the check-in time, the guests will have to arrange an arrival on the following day. We thank you for your understanding. The house is on a square with restaurants and can be noisy at times if you want to have the windows open during the summer. The house is also located next to the church, hence to bells can be heard. The house is equipped with Air conditionning in the bedrooms (upper levels). The living room can be warm at time and we recommend to close the shutter during the day to keep it cool.
