Cofastre was newly built in 2017 as a Luxury 2 bedroom holiday home situated in the beautiful village of Pilton in Somerset “the heart of the "Glastonbury Festival". A private peaceful rural retreat offering light airy open plan living. Large terrace with Hot tub overlooking mature woodland garden and stream. 1 Double bedroom with Kingsize bed and ensuite 1 Twin Bedroom Separate Bathroom with over bath shower. Cofastre is an ideal space for couples, families and friends. The space Newly built in 2017 Luxury 2 bedroom holiday home with underfloor heating throughout. Private parking for two cars leading to 6 steps down to entrance and terrace. Entrance opens into large open plan Lounge/Kitchen/Diner which is fully equipped including built in Washer, dryer, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, Tassimo coffee machine, DAB radio, 42”Smart TV,DVD player and Free wifi. Large bifold doors lead out onto an elevated terrace with table/chairs , recliners and large Hot Tub overlooking a mature woodland garden and stream. Gated railings to steps leading to woodland, stream and child's playhouse with slide. 5 wide steps up to bedrooms (stair gate can be fixed to bedroom door but not at bottom of steps unfortunately) 1 double bedroom with Kingsize Bed and en suite, and 1 twin room with separate bathroom. Both rooms have built in wardrobe/dressing table/hair dryer and fans. All bedlinen, towels for showering and robes for hot tub are provided but not towels for hot tub use or bedding for travel cot. Welcome tea/coffee, sugar, milk, fresh loaf of bread, butter and marmalade. EV charger at Pilton Village Hall BA4 4BB (8 minute walk) There are 2 devices and 2 connectors available at Pilton Village Hall. The charge points are operated under the CityEV network, more information on accessing points on this network can be found on the public charging network area. No charging at the property thank you. It ruins the bedding and clogs the filters in the hot tub and charges are in place to replace stained bedding Hot tub water and filters. No Food in the Hot tub, No bath bombs or other products in the Hot Tub, failure to respect the rules and cause unnecessary empty/ clean : re-fill and heating of water and change of filters which could impact on other guests following will result in a fine of between £75-£250. Please shower and rinse before using the hot tub, as this washes away many of the common skin bacteria and chemicals that will reduce the effectiveness and cleanliness of the hot tub. People with skin, ear, genital or other body infections, open sores, or wounds should not use the hot tub due to the risk of spreading infection. Pregnant women and persons with heart disease, diabetes, low or high blood pressure, or any serious illness should consult their doctor before using the hot tub. Children under 16 must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Hot tubs are not recommended for use by children under the age of four. Never use the hot tub alone Excessive exposure to the hot tub can increase the risk of allergic reactions and skin complaints and lead to dehydration. 4 Persons plus infant Maximum occupancy. No loud music / noise outside and no music at all after 10.30pm please, this is a very quiet rural area in a valley where sound travels and we have neighbours. We strongly advise Travel Insurance in to meet your personal needs as we are not responsible for cancelation/loss or damage before/during or after your duration of Stay. We have CCTV security cameras on the property filming the driveway and entrance from the lane only. Wi-Fi is provided as a courtesy, but may be subject to occasional interruptions out of our control.
