The Town House - Newquay

The Town House has 2 double bedrooms, one twin room, the master has a large king size bed, with en-suite bathroom with sea views over the golf course. There is a fully equipped kitchen, large open plan lounge and dining room, which has french doors that lead onto a private deck with outside furniture. The Town House has its own private parking. The space All areas in the house are for guests apart from the rear garden as that’s for our permanent tenants that live down stairs and the garage as that’s private. Other things to note We have permanent tenants that live down stairs and they have access to the rear garden this is a private area. We have use of our garage so we just need to be able to get into it, so we ask guests not to park close up to the garage door. We do not accept stag or hen groups and no group bookings. They will be asked to leave the property. And Unfortunately we do not allow dogs!
