The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a 10-storey building dating from 1969, in a gated residence with free parking. The accommodation, crossing, overlooks a balcony on both sides. It consists of a kitchen open to an air-conditioned living room, a bathroom with bathtub, a separate toilet and 2 bedrooms available, each with a double bed. The metro is a 17-minute walk or 8-minute bus ride (bus stop 16/16S/16T in front of the entrance to the residence). The space You will sleep in my children's rooms, filled with their personal belongings (toys, books, clothes). I do not offer breakfast as everyone's habits are different, however, I provide a kettle with tea bags, a Tassimo coffee machine and pods, as well as an Italian manual piston coffee maker and powdered coffee. At the moment, there is no hot water in the kitchen tap (only). The kitchen has a dishwasher, the inconvenience is acceptable... Guest access You will have free access to the bathroom, kitchen, living room, laundry, toilet and balconies. Other things to note My accommodation is modest and I continue to furnish it following my recent move (my balconies are still a little cluttered!) but I will do my best to make you feel good during your stay.
