Monferrato: Apartment in farmhouse

This is a 2-bed apartment, sleeping 3 plus a baby, within a converted farmhouse complex with a shared 12x7 m pool and surrounded by fruit orchards, vineyards and hazelnut. Peaceful and quiet with beautiful views of the surrounding Monferrato countryside. Children are very welcome but we do ask for quiet behaviour, particularly at the pool. There is a separate area for ball games. The pool is open from 1 June until 30 September every year. The space We have owned a home in this complex for 9 years and this is our main residence. We hope to introduce others to this lovely area and have furnished a 2-bedroom unit on the first floor for rent. Guest access Our guests have access to a private parking space inside the gated complex as well as the pool during the summer months and the beautiful grounds all year round.
