From the terrace you can enjoy a peaceful view of the communal garden. Guest access guests have full access inside the apartment, for exclusive use Other things to note Check-in is available at all hours, but a supplement may be required based on the time of arrival. A supplement will be required depending on the day and time of your arrival. - FREE check-in from 15:00 to 19:00 on working days - €35 from 3pm to 11pm on Saturdays, Sundays, and Italian public holidays - €35 from 7pm to 11pm on working days - €50 from 11pm to 1am each day of the week - €75 from 01:00 to 7:00 each day of the week LONG STAYS (rentals longer than 30 days - temporary rentals): - According to Italian law we have to register your contract. So you will have to cover a registration tax (1% on the contract value) + 16 euros for the registration tax (Marca da bollo) + service fee of 100€. Payment upon check-in. - the house is meant WITHOUT bed linen. Upon request, we can provide you with bed linen and towels. Please make an explicit request before arrival. The cost of each single kit (including sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase, bath towel and face towel) is €10/ month. The cost of each double kit (including sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase, bath towel and face towel) is €15/month. Payment upon check-in. - Electricity charges are not covered with the rental price. Electricity meters will be read at check-in and checkout for these purposes. The total cost per Kw of electricity is 0.65 €/kWh, which must be paid at your check-out or monthly if your stay is longer than 1 month. - Gas costs are not covered by the rental price. To calculate your consumption, we will take the gas meter reading together at check-in and check-out. The total cost per cubic meter of gas is €1.1/mc, which must be paid at your check-out or monthly if your stay is longer than 1 month.
