Our impeccably clean apartment is centrally located yet close to Messe fair. Stay in Golzheim, one of Dusseldorf's best residential areas and just walk to shops, restaurants and public transport. Enjoy your own living room with 3-seater sofa and fully equipped kitchen, a separate shower/toilet, bedroom and a lovely balcony. The space Enjoy our better-than-hotel apartment! We only rent it occasionally like during Messe Congress weeks and mainly for business guests. No-one else lives in the apartment on a permanent basis. The apartment is ideal for a single professional or for a couple. Please note that the maximum number of guests is 2. Last but not least, please note that sleeping on sofa is not an option :) we know AirBnB started this way yet we want our guests to enjoy the sofa the way it was designed for! We trust you will enjoy our apartment and that you have a successful, comfortable stay in DUS. Guest access We live in the same apartment building and will be able to easily hand in keys, show you around and help with your stay. Alternative a family friend can meet you when we travel or at weekends. Other things to note Note that different pricing and minimum stay duration may apply during Messe / Congress weeks, and holidays. Occasionally outside the Congress weeks and holidays we are happy to accommodate you for a minimum of 3 nights - please inquire.
