Equipped with everything you need for a lovely stay in Vienna it is very close to the city center with a view over to neighboring parka and inner city. Experience this historic house, which was not only built in 1889 by the Viennese architects Helmer& Fellner, who build more than 40 theaters all over Europe, but also inhabited by the famous Austrian-Jewish author Stefan ZWEIG. The space Stefan Zeigs book "The World of Yesterday" is provided in German and English version. The movie "Farewell to Europe" (2016) can be found on iTunes, eg. - broadband WLAN is provided. Guest access Guest have exclusive access to the apartment. Guests my have a seat on the bench in the courtyard with view to the garden and park. Other things to note Because the apartment is on the 4th floor without elevator, it might not be suitable for all people, such as elderly, small kids, or people who feel not totally safe while walking or ascending. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited inside the flat and in the house. All guests are kindly asked to take off their shoes inside the flat.
