La Finka - villa with a heated pool & sauna

With its form of a traditional Istrian rural villa and all the conveniences of the modern day, La Finka will enchant you in its serene natural surroundings and offer your family a holiday to remember. Situated in the middle of the Istrian peninsula, between the historical towns of Motovun and Pazin, and a mere 30 min ride from the beach, it's central location allows you to make each day of your holiday unique and special. The space The house is outfitted with modern appliances and fully air-conditioned with cooling+heating for a year-round pleasant stay. Apart from the private heated pool*, our gym&spa boasts a sauna and an indoor hot tub so you can fully enjoy yourself and relax even on the coldest days. Our backyard has a children's playground, a trampoline, and a bocce-bowl court on the premises. Charcoal barbecue is on the terrace. And just in case you need to get some work done, we also offer a desk and a fast internet connection. Guest access Guests have full access to the whole house plus all the amenities of the resort. Other things to note *Pool is available from late March to early November. Pool heating is optional with an electricity surcharge of 11€/day.
