Car is not essential once you arrive, as it’s only a 5minute walk into barmouth town and a 5 minute walk to hills which take’s you to the beautiful countryside which surrounds barmouth and the beach is also only a 5 minute walk . The space Lexi shepherd hut offers a vast range of home comforts such as full sky tv, internet ,luxury bathroom with central heating, kingsize bed and comfy seating, also a log fire hot tub situated in the garden area. Please only use kiln dried logs. You can bring your own they must be kiln dried or we supply them for £6.00 a sack & £3.00 for kindling. One small well-behaved dog is welcome, for a fee of £20.00 per stay. The Outside area - carpark and out buildings of the property is operated by CCTV for insurance and safety purposes. The CCTV does not look into the property. Guest access all of the area they can see on the photos. Other things to note Log fire hot tub- dry logs to be used only, can be purchased / supplied for £6.00 a sack full and £3.00 for kindling. we except 1 small/medium sized dog for a fee of £20 per dog (not taken by AIRBNB to be paid on arrival). We have a four person log burner sauna which is communal for all properties on site to use. To use the sauna , guests need to book a time slot with us, there is an additional charge for use of the sauna £20 per 50 minutes.
