Welcome to our home and your getaway- we are thrilled that you have chosen to stay at our Beach View Suite! The private, custom-built unit has been designed to be comfortable and cozy for families, solo travelers or business travelers (Built in 2016). With just one block to the beach and half mile to great restaurants and more, you will understand why West Seattle is a trending neighborhood. The space Our beautifully furnished 2 bedroom apartment encompasses the first floor of our 3 story home and has 900 square feet of well thought out personal living space. Enjoy your personal patio with adirondack seating or relax in the garden area with views of Lincoln Park and the Puget Sound. We provide complimentary Wi-Fi, Roku television (Netflix, Amazon Prime), (we do not have cable television), DVD player, iPod docking station with bluetooth receiver, down bedding and linens, gas fireplace and custom-crafted furnishings. The spacious spa-like bathroom has heated floors and a double vanity which provides plenty of room to spread out. Additional amenities include, but are not limited to; hair dryer, bath robe, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, ironing board & iron, full length mirror and laundry facility & detergent (W/D). Your fully equipped kitchen offers quartz counters, stainless steel sink, and top of line Whirlpool appliances including induction cook top range with two ovens. Nespresso, coffee maker, tea, basic spices, and a fully loaded kitchen are stocked and ready for you to prepare meals, if you prefer to eat in. You are also welcome to use our year round herb garden to help with the finishing touches if you choose to stay in and cook! Email us if you would like a list of all our kitchen items so you can plan ahead! Two spacious bedrooms offer a queen bed with ample space in closets and dressers. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with queen mattress on the bottom/twin mattress on top. The two bedrooms can sleep a total of 4 comfortably. Please note that guests over 4 will be charged per person/per night. Features include: •First floor apartment with private access and abundant free on-street parking. (Unit is completely separate and does not share any living space with our home--we live on the 2nd and 3rd floor). •Open concept kitchen/living room area with gas fireplace •Nespresso, coffee, tea, basic cooking spices/oils •High end kitchen featuring induction cooking (two ovens), spacious fridge/freezer with built in water/ice maker and every imaginable kitchen gadget needed •Flat-panel 42" TV with Roku, Netflix, and lots of other goodies •2 Bedrooms - each with queen beds and full closets. Master also includes bedside table, reading lamp, and full dresser. •Brand new bathroom featuring double sinks, heated floors and plenty of space to spread out •Compact washer/dryer in unit with laundry detergent supplied •Gas fireplace, central heating, and upon request, one air conditioning unit that can be hooked up in bedroom or living room (Seattle homes typically don't have AC due to the cool nights (even in the summer). •Ceilings are professionally soundproofed At only a 15-20 minute drive from downtown Seattle our location is the perfect compromise between peaceful beach neighborhood yet still close to all of city's attractions. It's perfect for out of town guests, business travelers or your next vacation!
