Maison Le Magouer (beaches, estuary, Barre d'Etel)

In a protected natural area classified as a Grand Site de France, near beaches and hiking trails, charming house, with living room, fitted kitchen, 4 bedrooms, garden and garage, shower and shower room, located 200 m from the beach (shower and games for children), from the port Le Magouer (Plouhinec) and about 1 km from the Etel bar and supervised beaches on the ocean side. Amenities: TV, Wi-Fi, Bose Bluetooth speaker for music. Leisure equipment: 4 Bikes (2 adults, 2 children), several bodyboards, wetsuits, shuffleboard. Baby equipment (stroller, changing mat, baby chair, baby bed, high stair gate). IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD: Near the house, we go to the multiple beaches of the Ria d'Etel to swim. We cycle along the estuary in front of Etel to the bar where we watch the fishermen and boats crossing the pass. We walk 20 minutes on the hiking trail accessible next to the house to the Gallo-Roman villa Mané Véchen, and we take the opportunity to pick cockles and clams on the way back! We walk to the Tal er Mor café restaurant for lunch. We listen to music and play the many games available at the Café de la Barre. Numerous activities are possible: hiking, kayaking, fishing, surfing, kite surfing, visit to the tuna fishing museum... AND AROUND: By car (between 15 and 30 minutes) or by bike for the brave: Port and Petite Mer de Gâvres, Citadel of Port Louis and the Comptoir des Indes Museum, Auray Saint-Goustan Port, Quiberon Peninsula, Erdeven and Carnac Megaliths, Lorient submarine base and its visitable submarine, Eric Tabarly Sailing City... The piers of Lorient and Quiberon allow you to travel to the islands of Groix and Belle-Ile-en-mer. Guest access A closet at the top of the office bedroom is locked.
