Our Rustico is lovingly restored. The old substance is combined with modern architecture and building technology. Our tastefully furnished house has two floors and is south-facing. Thus, all three rooms have full sunlight. In addition to fig and olive trees, the garden has a large seating area and a pergola overgrown with vines provides the necessary shade in summer. The space Our house has a large entrance hall on the ground floor, which is furnished as a dining room. In addition, there is a wardrobe with an adjoining laundry room. The kitchen with a small dining table and fireplace as well as a small living room is also on the ground floor. On the 1st floor we have three bedrooms, two of them equipped with double beds, one with a bunk bed. In addition, there is the bathroom with shower. Our house is suitable for couples, families with older children and individuals. Pets are not allowed. Important: The house has NO heating. In the months of April, September and October, the wood-burning fireplace (fire) must be used for heating in cool outside temperatures.
