The completely newly renovated house is located in a quiet side street, in the middle of a spa area. It has 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, of which 3 bedrooms and the large bathroom are in the bright basement with natural light. The common areas include the kitchen, dining room, cosy living room, and conservatory. Around the house there is a fenced garden and a large terrace for balmy summer days. Parking is available at the house. WiFi free of charge. The space The house has several areas to feel good, such as the cozy living room, the conservatory to read or the big outdoor patio. The garden is large and fenced and therefore well suited for children to play and run. Guest access The entire house and its garden are at my guests' disposal. Other things to note Dear young guests:As the house is located in the middle of other single-family houses, it is not possible to play loud music or make noise over room volume even during the day. The house is well suited for sports enthusiasts who like water sports, hiking, cycling and skiing. The house is very well suited for families with children who want to have a holiday "at home", with the bonus of the nearby lake.
