Welcome to our family home, built by local Fiesole stonemasons and dating back to the 1700s, surrounded by the Tuscan countryside yet just a short walk from the main square of Fiesole. The space Our family home welcomes guests looking for peace, nature and authentic Tuscany experience, while staying only 7 km from Florence city centre. Set on a lovely hillside overlooking the valley, in the town of Fiesole, an ancient village with beautiful landscapes, museums and events, the house is an ancient 18th-century stone building made of traditional Fiesole stone. This accommodation is a private B&B suite. The space is entirely reserved for you, but please note: the accomodation is in bed and breakfast, with breakfast included but without kitchen use. BREAKFAST ☕🥐🍰 A generous breakfast with fresh local Tuscan products is included in the price. My ceramic art atelier is open to all guests, write me please if you like organize a Creative Collage art or Clay breakfast for a birthday or anniversary, I'm very glade to making art with you! - Served on the panoramic rooftop terrace in summer : only in the morning for breakfast the terrace is open to also the others guests of the other apartment on the ground floor, they can coming for breakfast but in the afternoon and evening the terrace is private for you. - Served indoors during cooler seasons and when raining LOCATION AND TRANSPORT 🚊 - 10–15 minutes on foot from Piazza Mino - Bus n.7 to Florence from Piazza Mino - Florence city centre reachable in about 25 minutes by bus + small walking or tramvia Arriving by train: - Tram + bus n.7 - Or taxi (about 20 minutes from station or airport) Arriving by car: - Free street parking above the house - Florence city centre about 25 minutes by car KITCHEN USE The kitchen is not available for cooking, because the accomodation is in b&b It is suitable for cold meals or takeaway food such as salads, cheese and ham, pizza, etc. Available: - Refrigerator - Oven to reheat food - Kettle Guest access The entire guest wing is reserved exclusively for you: - Two double bedrooms 🛌 - Two private bathrooms with shower 🚿 - Living room with independent entrance 🛋️ - Private access to terrace and garden available 🏡 We host only one family or group at a time (2–4 guests). The house is completely private for you. Please note: - The two bedrooms are connecting but fully private - Kitchen not available for cooking - Cold meals or takeaway food allowed - Meals can be enjoyed on the terrace Breakfast is served by me personally at the time you prefer. Other things to note Fiesole is a hill town. There are slopes and uphill/downhill paths, including to reach the house. From the bus stop: - 800 metres - About 10 minutes on foot Easy if you enjoy walking. If you have mobility issues or travel with small children or strollers, arriving by car is recommended.
