"Il mirto" – Wonderful sea view

The space The villa is surrounded by green of Mediterranean vegetation and seaside, in well-ventilated and fresh area. One enters the property by way of a private drive bordered on one side by tall pines and on the other by a grand terraced rock garden. It is available a parking private. The apartment "Il Mirto", approximately 140sqm, occupies the entire ground floor and half first floor. At the ground floor a large living room equipped with a fireplace, a bedroom with a bathroom, a dining room, a kitchen with a view of the sea, a separate bath, and a laundry room. By staircase leads the first floor with two bedrooms, one with a magnificent terrace overlooking the sea, and the bathroom. A comfortable patio allows you to relax and eat outside. The house is located in a quiet, fresh, well-ventilated and peaceful area, surrounded by the green of the mediterranean bush, about 1km from the nearest town. The sea can be reached by foot in 5 minutes. The coast is rocky, with a lovely little beach on a lawn called “Il muretto” or “The Wall”. Alternatively, by car you can reach long sandy beaches surrounded by the magnificent dunes of the Ionian Sea at a distance of only 3 km. The towering Adriatic cliffs which begin at Santa Maria di Leuca are also reachable by car at a distance of 8km. An outdoor shower with hot water is located at the back of the house. The solarium terrace provides a 270-degree view of the sea and the nearby beaches including the famed “Pescoluse”.
