Luxury Studio with Hot Tub & Sauna

Welbeck Studio is a private, self contained luxury escape with the added benefits of your own private hot tub & sauna. Nestled in the little village of Nutbourne close to the pretty historic fishing villages of Emsworth and Bosham and the Roman City of Chichester. We are just a 10 min drive to Goodwood and 15 minutes to Historic Portsmouth and the beautiful award winning beaches of West Witterings. The space The Studio has it's own private sauna & jacuzzi hot tub all year round & masssge therapies available upon requests & free secure onsite parking. The studio has a spacious kitchen & dining area, sofa and reclining chair, smart TV, & WiFi, plenty of storage space and a top quality king size four poster bed with superior gel mattress The bathroom has a large walk in shower, a dressing table area and separate toilet. Next to the bathroom is your large sauna, we provide a range of essential oils to put into the water onto the coals to enhance the experience, you cannot fail to relax! There is a completely private and gated outside decked garden area to sit and enjoy a glass of wine with table and chairs and the private Jacuzzi Hot Tub enclosed under the pergola. We do supply a BBQ for your use, coals & firelighters can be supplied at an additional cost, please request on booking if required. We supply milk, teas & coffees, orange juice, and eggs from our own chickens. We have teamed up with a local massage therapist who can offer a range of treatments that you can enjoy in the comfort of the Studio, please message me for more details or to book a massage treatment. There is gated, secure parking on the drive covered by cctv. We also have 2 friendly little dogs and a lovely old cat and of course our family of chickens, they wont invade your privacy but may stop by to say hello. We are situated just 2 miles from the historic town of Emsworth and just a few minutes walk to the waters edge which looks over the Harbour, we are also just 20 minutes drive to Goodwood, Chichester or Portsmouth. This area is beautiful and perfect for walking, boating, kayaking & paddle boarding, biking and sightseeing, we have many fantastic pubs and restaurants nearby, truly a tranquil haven. Guest access Guests have secure parking in front of the main house (left hand gate one) and the studio is just up the side of the house and through the wooden gates. Guests have a small private decked area with table & chairs, recliners and the hot tub. Other things to note We have two sets of gates, please use the first set of gates on the left which will normally be open for you, we kindly request that these are closed when not in use for security reasons. The Studio is adjacent to our family home but completely private, therefore we may have children playing or family sitting outside at times, we will endeavor to make sure this does not disturb the privacy & peace for our guests. Please note, we change the water very regularly in the hot tub between guests so at times the water will not be at full temperature until early evening. We ask that noise is kept to a minimum after 11pm. Check out is strictly by 11am unless later by prior arrangement. NO children are allowed to use the Hot Tub & Sauna under any circumstances as this can be dangerous to their health. Please note our two, very friendly, little dogs run free in the garden and will want to say hello when you arrive, if you do not like dogs and do not want to see any dogs during your stay, please do not book with us.
