Isolated house in heart of wilderness of Lika

This is one small mountain house in heart of Lika, near town Perušić. It is surrounded only with beautiful nature and quietness. House has everything necessary for escape from the rush and people. House is also located less than 40km(45min) from Plitvice National Park and 70km(1h30min) from Northern Velebit National Park. If you more prefer sea, you can get to Adriatic sea to Karlobag or Zadar in one hour drive from here. Also nearby river Lika with its canyons and clean water is 20min away. The space The house consists of one room on the ground floor with a sofa bed and a loft with three beds. Guests have at their disposal a kitchen with all the necessary things. There is also a bathroom with a washing machine. The house has a large terrace with a large wooden table so you can eat virtually in nature. There are also deck chairs if you want to relax. Other things to note In price of the house is included general tax and local taxes which are we obligateted to pay as hosts.
