TV, Cable, Wi-fi, Small refrigerator, Microwave, Air Conditioner. Nice quiet, peacefull neighborhood with plenty of free parking. The space A very good neighborhood (Nof-Yam = Sea View) on the beach of Herzliya Pituah. The room is located 3 minutes walk from a lovely beach with lifeguards station (summer only), cafes & restaurants right next to the water. Within walking distance (5 minutes): cafes and restaurant, a grocery store, hairdresser, laundry shop, post office. Taxi services and bus stop near by - to Herzliya-city, Tel- Aviv & all other destinations. Guest access Short ride (5-10 minutes) to the Hertzliya Marina, a vast selection of restaurants, cafes, pubs, cinemas, shopping malls, swimming pools and gyms and everything else that makes a lovely vacation. Just 5 minutes walk, on a cliff above the sea, there is an impressive archaeological site (Apoloniya) with Roman remains from the 1st century and remains of a Crusader fortress from the 11th century. During your stay Complete privacy for guests, nevertheless company if it suit both parties. Insurance Release will be asked to sign with the delivery of key on arrival. Check-in and out is flexible - but It is very important to inform the time in advance (both in & out) ! Other things to note NOTE: Insurance of all property damage or any body injuries, Heaven forbidare, are the responsibility of guest only ! Traveling insurance is recommended ! Guests have to sign an insurance release of any damage to body and property. Cats (Not mine) are walking around in the garden :) If you stay more then a week, I supply cleaning (friday mostly - cost 150IL)
