Our second floor 1 bedroom next to Schlitterbahn South Padre Island features 1 King in the master bedroom plus bunk beds for the kids.(same as 2 twins) in the living area. Ceiling Fans in every room. 2 TVs with cable & Dvd Player. The sunny Balcony view faces south to Isla Blanca Beach water park and Isla Blanca park & Jetties. Guests tell us it only takes them from 2 to 4 minutes to walk to the beach. The beach access takes you right by the Holiday Inn Resort. The space Located on the 2nd floor our our 500 sq foot, no frills 1 bedroom condo is equipped with 1 King plus bunk beds (good for kids) Ceiling Fans in every room. 2 TVs. The sunny Balcony view faces south to water park and Isla Blanca park & Jetties. Dining seats 5. The room numbers in our building end in 1 to 12. Ours ends in 05 so that puts our location towards the middle close to the elevator. We mention this because we have never had complaints about elevator noise in the past but recently one guest mentioned that at night they could hear the elevators running. We have not had an issue with this in the past however I want to caution on the side of full disclosure. Kitchen is fully equipped with range, microwave, toaster, drip coffee maker, as well as all the pots pans, etc. you need to cook up a meal. Building Features: The Gulfview II gives you great beach access without having to pay for beach front prices. Located just behind, Sea Vista condominiums, AND right next door to Beach Water Park you are just a three minutes walk down the sidewalk to the beach. The Gulfview IIhas a big swimming pool w/restrooms poolside, two hot tubs, and BBQ grill. Coin-op laundry on 2nd floor. 120/130 Padre Blvd. 1/4 mile south of the bridge. Free Wi-Fi internet service. Once booked you have access to WiFi password on Airbnb app 1 free parking permit included with rental. Other things to note The kitchen is equipped with pots, pans knives, forks, plates, oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker (I supply filters), toaster, etc. I supply 6 large bath towels, 6 washcloths, 1 hand towel for the bathroom 1 tea towel, and 1 dish rag for the kitchen bathroom tissue paper towels in the kitchen liquid dish detergent hand and body soap in the bathroom. Coffee filters are provided. glass cleaner/hard surface cleaner and reusable cellulose cleaning cloth. You would need to bring beach & pool towels, spices condiments, bag of ice. Daily towel exchange is available at an off site location. Towel delivery and house keeping services can be arranged for an additional fee.
