Welcome to Hollin Root Farm B&B. Step through the door of this Lakeland Farmhouse with Victorian facade built in 1844, when Lancelot Hoggarth farmed, to relax in this light and airy b&b with characterful interiors and beautiful garden areas and terraces to enjoy. This former Dairy Farm echoes it's working past all around the farm yard. A full Cumbrian or Continental Breakfast is included and can be enjoyed in the Breakfast Room. The space We also welcome Walkers (we are close to the 'Dales Way' ) and Cyclists. Walkers can contact us at the farm for a shuttle service if preferred to the 1 mile walk from the Dales Way to the farmhouse. Guest access Guests have access to the room they have booked and the breakfast room at breakfast time. Walkers and Cyclists can make use of the 'old dairy' for storage of walking gear and cycling equipment. Outdoors is a private parking area and guests' can enjoy the gardens at their best in spring and terrace seating areas. Please note we are unable to provide access to laundry and kitchen rooms.
