The studio has a complete kitchen, (no dishwasher) WI-FI, TV with Dish network with lots of stations. There is one queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa. So it is big enough for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 small children. Pets are considered by size with a non refundable per pet fee. The view, the pool and the company!!! The studio, dock, pool, beach access and ice maker are at your disposal. The pool is shared by us and the renters. There is a grill for your use also. Bicycle and Kayak rental next door. And if you like YOGA it's close enough to walk! Or you can walk to the Scallop Cove and The Trading Post! We do live upstairs, but it hasn't been a problem. We live upstairs so we are readily available if you need us. BayHaven is north of the rocks directly on the bay. The views are amazing. There is a bench on the dock for relaxing. Or enjoy the pool! There is parking for your unit right out the back door. There is a cab service but that is the only other transportation. There are parks and restaurants on the Cape and plenty more in St. Joe and Apalachicola. And even fresh donuts Tuesday through Saturday at the Trading Post. Congo Charters is available for booking charter fishing, scalloping or sightseeing, . And there is horseback riding on the beach south of the rocks..It is also a dog friendly beach. Or you might want to rent a golf cart for the beach. San Flea Rentals is next door for kayak, paddle boards and bicycle rental. Then head out right from the deck. In case you want to scallop or just enjoy the bay! Pickle Ball is played at Salinas Park.
