Enjoy this spacious 2 bedroom apartment located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood with easy access to freeways. Convenient location close to four different canyons and a park & ride lot with bus service to 4 nearby ski resorts in the winter. Golfing is a one minute drive or short walk & a 5 minute walk to hiking trails. Enjoy views of the sunsets & city. After a long day soak in a jacuzzi tub in the bathroom or play fuse ball or pool. By Car, the airport is 25 minutes, as is Park City, town's 20 The space This is a roomy mother in law apartment. Enjoy beautiful city views and amazing sunsets from the apartment. The apartment has its own temperature control so you can be assured you will be comfortable no matter what the season. There is a washer and dryer in the apartment solely for your use. There are two large bedrooms. One has a queen size bed and 2 closets. The second bedroom can be configured with two twin beds or one king bed according to the needs of the guests and also has two closets. One bedroom has a TV, the other does not. There is a spacious great room with a leather sectional for seating which includes two built in recliners and a sofa bed. There is a TV with Roku, and a DVD player in this room. The bathroom has double sinks as well as a jacuzzi tub and shower combination. The toilet is located in the bathroom, but is in it's own room. The kitchen has a bar area that seats six, as well as a table that seats 4. A high chair is available on request. The kitchen is well equipped. If there is something you require in the kitchen that is not there, please let me know. There is a fuse ball table as well as a pool table for guests enjoyment. For children there is a swing set just outside. Guest access Check in is from 4 pm and check out is 110 am. If you are checking in later than 9 pm, please let us know your approximate time of arrival. If you are in need of an earlier or later time for check in or check out, please don't hesitate to ask.
