The space The house, surrounded by gardens with a swimming pool and forest (6000 m2), is located a five-minute walk from the church of Romanyà de la Selva, where there are restaurants and countless paths to walk and enjoy the tranquility of the area. Mountain sports enthusiasts will find the ideal place to practice mountain biking, hiking, etc. Its proximity to the main beaches and coves of the Costa Brava (S'Agaró, Sant Feliu de Guíxols, Aro Beach, Sant Antoni de Calonge, etc.) make it especially attractive for those who do not want to give up the sea. Guest access The house consists of two floors: - The main floor: living-dining room with fireplace; small reading room; kitchen-dining room equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher; three double bedrooms (two with a double bed and one with two single beds); a bathroom and a large terrace. - Ground floor: Summer living-dining room with fireplace; summer kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher and electric heater; 2 full bathrooms, a single room with a bed and two porches (one with a wood-burning barbecue). A 3.50 x 8.00 m saltwater pool is located in front of the west porch. The property has different gardens with lawns, forest areas and a thousand corners to get lost, rest and enjoy the tranquility that it offers us. The house is fully equipped. Each bed will have two sets of sheets as well as one set of towels for each tenant. Other things to note The house is located in the middle of a natural area. For this reason, we occasionally have visits from wild animals (rabbits, cats, foxes, moles, etc.). Their presence is rare, but if they do show up, we ask that you respect them.
