The house has 7 bedrooms, 2 living/dining rooms, and 2 bathrooms, with original furniture and character carefully preserved throughout. A backyard terrace leads onto the 30,000 m² garden, with a pool, plenty of trees, and sea views from the high ground - the perfect mix of tranquility and easy access to Barcelona. The space • A bit of history: In 1863, our family acquired "Mas Monnar," the original house on the estate. The property was primarily used for farming, especially grape growing and winemaking. Wines bottled in its cellars under the "Alella Can Rovira" label won a gold medal at the 1888 Barcelona Universal Exposition for their red wine. The property has stayed in the family ever since. • The house: An entrance and staircase lead to the first floor, home to a spacious living room (lined with pictures of our ancestors), a library opening onto the garden, a large dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, three comfortable bedrooms, and a bathroom. The second floor holds four well-appointed bedrooms, some with sea views, a large living and dining area, and a bathroom. Every room is designed to preserve the historical character of the house. • The garden and pool: The 30,000 m² property is planted with pines, lemon, orange, and palm trees. A short walk leads to the forest, with sea and village views. The backyard has a spacious terrace with a BBQ, outdoor dining, and a ping pong table, perfect for relaxed gatherings. In the garden, the pool awaits with 7 comfortable loungers, sunshades, and pool towels provided for guests. Guest access Our guests will have full access to the entire house. Additionally, the terraces, the swimming pool, private outdoor toilet, and surrounding garden are exclusively available for their use. Other things to note • Our gardener lives in a separate apartment on the property. He maintains the garden and pool and is on hand to help during your stay, while respecting your privacy. • The neighboring house is occupied year-round. • The house has no heating or air conditioning, but its high ceilings and thick walls keep it cool in summer.
