The apartment is located in a characteristic Ligurian house from the 1800s with vaulted ceilings in the historic center of Riva Ligure, just 20 meters from the sea and within the main pedestrian street where you will find the shops, bars and restaurants of the seaside village. Riva Ligure, a typical Ligurian village on the beach, with its ancient colorful houses, the fishing port, the 6 km uninterrupted promenade by the sea and the longest cycle path in Europe (24 km overlooking the sea) is the ideal place to spend your relaxing holidays both in summer and winter. Having the opportunity to live in the center and close to the beaches will also allow you to have a "0 km" vacation without ever having to take the car!
