The space Strawberry Tree is a 350 sqm Villa with two separate apartments. The loft studio apartment is spacious at 50 sq mt, with volted high ceilings giving a bright and airy feeling, the large private terrace over looking the pool and garden is 15sq mt. We have two modern apartments, exclusively for 4 guests only. Our villa combines beauty of seclusion and comfort of modern living. We have beautiful Lustica Bay on one side and the medieval Fort Rose on another, the UNESCO city of Kotor and the old town of Budva, both full of history, are only 40 minutes drive, if you wish to venture further the National Park of Durmitor is only a couple of hours away. Guest access Lustica peninsular is a rural region of Montenegro so our guests require a car to visit the beaches of Rose, Zanjic or the other places you will find in our guide book. We provide free parking. If you fancy a swim take full advantage of our 9 x 4 mt swimming pool, sun loungers and prepare a BBQ in our outside kitchen area which includes wood burning barbecue and gas fired grill plate. If you wish we can light up the pizza oven. Other things to note We have two studio apartments both with king size beds, ideally suitable for partners. However apartment #2 also has a sofa bed, which is suitable for two friends sharing, mum & daughter, dad & son etc. We offer our guests a heavily discounted price of €280 (down from €500) for a 6hr romantic day trip on our 11mt yacht “ARLOKO”.
