Newly built space with exclusive finishes, well decorated and fully equipped, located in Vilajuïga, a village located in the heart of l'Empordà, with a privileged environment, in the middle of three natural parks and within walking distance of the best coves of the Costa Brava, the capital of the region (Figueres) and the main points of tourist attraction in the area (Monestir de Sant Pere de Rodes, Cadaqués, Port de la Selva, Peralada, Empúriava, Llançà, Roses. It consists of a bedroom with double bed and wardrobe, a loft-bedroom (the height of this space is 1.82 m) with a large sofa bed (1.75 m wide by 2 m long), living room with double sofa bed, dining room, kitchen and a bathroom equipped with a hydromassage column. Outside it has a terrace with table and chairs for 6 people, with automatic awning, in addition to a nice chill-out area, a beautiful cactus garden and barbecue. This area is private and for the exclusive use of guests. Guest access CHECK POOL ACCESS CONDITIONS The entire apartment and the aforementioned outdoor area are for the exclusive use of guests. Seamless parking (also in very high summer season) in the open space next to the apartment. Access to the premises and a walkway is shared between the users of this apartment and another. Other things to note Capacity: Its maximum capacity is 6 people, although the space is fair for this number of people and is not recommended for long-term stays. Accessibility: There are two external steps to reach the level where there is the entrance of the apartment. Inside there are 6 steps of work in the reception area to access the kitchen and dining area. The metal ladder that allows access to the loft is not recommended for young or overactive children and also not for people with mobility problems and overweight.
