Apartment for 2 at Le Haut Gué

Le Haut Gué is a set of former farm buildings set in peaceful countryside in the Loire Valley, some 20km north of Saumur. The separate apartment comfortably accommodates 2 people (note - double bed). The large (12mx6m) heated pool is available for guests use from May to September. Excellent base for exploring the Loire chateaux, Saumur, Angers, Tours. Good location for Le Mans 24 Hours or Le Mans Classic. The space The apartment forms part of the long farmhouse (known as a longère), but is an entirely self-contained living space with it's own separate entrance. Downstairs is open-plan living accommodation with lounge area, dining table/chairs and kitchen. Kitchen is equipped with gas oven/hob, microwave, fridge (with small freezer compartment), (Tassimo) coffee maker. Upstairs leads to double bedroom with ensuite shower room with shower/WC/washbasin. Double doors from lounge area lead outside onto private patio area with table, chairs, parasol. A barbecue is available for your use. Guest access The apartment is entirely self-contained. Guests have use of the patio area outside and full access to the pool area (May-September), the table tennis table (May-September/October), the boules pitch and the large field at the rear of the property. Ample parking space is available on the property. Please note that we also rent out a separate 2 bedroom cottage and a 5 bedroom farmhouse in the same location. Other things to note The apartment is one of three properties on site to rent. The pool and communal gardens are shared with other guests staying at Le Haut Gue.
