The space Sea Shells features a spacious open-plan living area with uninterrupted sea views, providing a welcoming space to relax and unwind. Two comfortable sofas create an inviting seating area, complemented by a stylish Calligaris media unit, matching sideboard and a contemporary Calligaris dining table with four chairs. For your entertainment, the apartment is equipped with a 49” Panasonic 4K Smart TV, PlayStation 4, Blu-ray player, and a PURE Bluetooth/internet/DAB stereo system. Remote controlled mood lighting and carefully placed lamps help create the perfect ambience for any occasion, and a set of nesting tables completes the modern living space. The beautifully appointed Rok Punt designer kitchen provides a stylish, welcoming space for laid back holiday cooking and is fully equipped with granite worktops and premium Neff appliances, including a fridge/freezer, dishwasher and oven with five-ring hob, along with all the essentials you’ll need for a comfortable stay including a washer/dryer and microwave. You’ll find an abundance of Denby crockery, cutlery and tableware, elegant crystal glassware, Denby ovenware, and high-quality saucepans from John Lewis. For families, plastic tableware for younger guests is also provided. Additional conveniences include a blender suitable for baby food preparation, a slow cooker, and a generous selection of bakeware. The master bedroom features a king-size bed with a luxury Hypnos pocket sprung mattress, complemented by stylish curtains and soft furnishings, and enhanced with local artwork. There's a large wardrobe, Ercol bedside cabinets and drawers, and a travel cot is available upon request for our younger guests. Bedroom two features luxurious Hypnos zip-and-link beds, which can be configured as either two extra-long (6’6”) single beds or one super king-size bed, offering excellent flexibility for families or couples. Alternatively, hop on the St Ives Bay branch line (almost certainly the most scenic railway in the UK) and arrive in St Ives in just a few minutes. While driving is certainly an option, busy holiday traffic and limited parking in St Ives can make it less convenient. The train is often the simplest and most relaxing way to travel, and with a scenic journey of just three to four minutes, St Ives is easily accessible from Carbis Bay. Guest access Entire apartment Other things to note Guests are booking a self catering holiday, not a serviced apartment. Any items provided in the apartment will not be replenished during your stay and toiletries are not provided. For guests staying two weeks or longer, bed linens and towels can be refreshed, however, this service should be requested at the time of booking. The apartment sleeps 4 plus an infant in a cot. Only those named on the booking are permitted to stay, and any changes must be communicated ahead of your stay. We can provide a travel cot and / or highchair, however, these should be requested at the time of booking. The apartment, and building, is non-smoking and non-vaping. Dogs and other pets are not allowed in the apartment. Fibre wifi is currently provided by Plusnet and estimated download speeds are 56mbps. Whilst we do our best to provide a reliable service, we cannot guarantee speed or connectivity which is out of our control. If you require a guaranteed connection during your stay, we recommend bringing a mobile dongle with you. Lift access is available; however, it should not be solely relied upon, as stair access will be required in the event of a fire or if the lift is temporarily out of service.
