Large and comfortable double room (or twin if necessary) in a typical Tuscan farmhouse where you can spend a pleasant holiday. We are in the middle of nature, but at the same time not far from population centers. For a supplement of €8 per person we offer an Italian breakfast with local products, which we serve outside in the summer on our terrace. We also propose to join us in unique experiences such as wine tasting, Tuscan dinner+olive oil presentation and pasta cooking classes! Breakfast is NOT INCLUDED in the rate and it has an extra cost of 8€ per person (it includes drinks, bread with jam and butter, cereals and yoghurt, fruits, cheese and the cake of the day-salty or sweet-) You can walk through our olive trees's field and enjoy the Tuscan sun! The room has its private entrance and the wide breakfast area is at the entrance. Staying at our place is enjoying peaceful atmosphere, but living not far from the town of Lamporecchio, with its shops, supermarket, bar, good restaurants... We are 50 km far from Florence, 90 km from Siena, 45 from Lucca. The Montecatini's highway is half an hour far from here (18 km). If you love nature, here you will find what you are searching for. We provide a common area with a fridge that you can use for store Little food or drinks. If someone use this space in a inappropriate way, we cn charge a cleanliness fee from 10€-20€. Guest access Each room has a PRIVATE entrance and an independent bathroom, while the large breakfast room is located on the ground floor, surrounded by a garden and a terrace with a panoramic view of the valley. In summer it is possible to enjoy a breakfast served outside, in the garden or on the terrace, both panoramic. There is a swimming pool with a unique view of the hilly panorama of "Montalbano", where you can sip an aperitif at sunset and relax after a day of sightseeing. During your stay Luca has a past as a tour leader for Italian and French groups; now manager and farmer of the Podere Rondinaio agritourism company. With a passion for cooking and genuine products of the land, he cooks with dedication for guests and takes care of the surrounding environment of the house. Since 2016, we have turned our passions into a job. We will be available to give you any tourist information if you need it. Other things to note If you have a car at your disposal, you will certainly be able to save time and greater convenience in traveling. We have free parking inside our property, where you can leave your car. Our kitchen is open 2 evenings a week in high season.
