Lovely chalet close to ski resorts

Wonderful chalet, spacious and pleasant, 10-minute drive from the slopes (Morzine). Kitchen/dining room with wood stove and table for 12+; vast living room (exposed roofing framework); 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms; mezzanine with TV/reading/playing area. We can host up to 10 adults and 5 children. The space A traditional mountain farm, restored with taste, with a moutain view from the balcony on the first floor, and a front garden with a terrace and lawn. On the ground floor, a large kitchen / dining room occupies the former main room of the old farm, and has incorporated some traditional Savoyard furniture. It includes a large dinner table, a wood stove, a couch ("Radassière"), and thus offers a very comfortable and friendly space for the everyday life of large family or friendly gatherings. The kitchen part includes traditional and microwave ovens, a cooker, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, etc. On the ground floor is also a double room with direct outdoor access, with its own bathroom (shower, bath and toilet). On the other side of the kitchen, a children room with bunk beds and a drawer bed (sleeps 4 children), also with its own bathroom (shower). The 1st floor includes a large living-room with exposed beams and mezzanine. Antique furniture, kilim carpets and wood-paneled walls bring a cozy atmosphere, while large windows bring light and mountain views. The sofa is convertible and can provide additional sleeping capacity (not included in the 12 beds). The 1st floor also includes two double bedrooms (one double and two single beds), also wood paneled, two bathrooms (including two showers and a bath) and a separate toilet. On the large mezzanine, an area with a sofa bed and 2 single beds, constitute an area of ​​freedom, especially for the young, the middle of books, TV and games available. Guest access The whole chalet is accessible to our guests, as well as the garden and 3 parking spaces next to the house. Other things to note Bed-sheets and towels are not included in the rental; we can however rent some on you behalf (cost circa 12 € per bed), upon request.
