The space It occupies the 1st floor of our storey house with independent entrance. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, TV, its own balcony and a direct view to the sea that is less than 50m away. The 2nd one has one double bed and its balcony and the third one 2 single beds, both have an excellent view. In the living room, a sofa can easily be converted into two single beds, there are also TV, books and board games. Kitchen fully equipped, bathroom and WC. A big enough living room and the veranda with amazing view of the Aegean Sea to the East and of a small cove/beach to the South. The garden, a barbeque and an outdoor shower are available. Parking is available on premises. Its layout gives the necessary independence to its residents. The house is located in 7 min drive from the historic town of Lavrio and 17 km of the ancient Temple of Poseidon in Cape Sounio. The magnificent coast of Attica, the Athens' City center (60 km), the Athens airport (30 km), are easily reached by car. Possibility for daily cruises to nearby islands from the ports of Lavrio and Rafina or to any other of the hundreds Greek islands, from the Piraeus port (60 km). Α dive center is providing scuba diving training of all levels, guided scuba diving excursions and rental of scuba diving equipment. In 5 min find the sutable bay for making wind serf. In Lavrio there are markets, many restaurants, bars and cafe. Very close to the house, there are a mini market, beach bar and traditional taverns.
