The apartment is very cozily furnished, featuring real timber framing and an antique decorative stove in the living room, which cannot be used for heating. The covered, sunny balcony, with a wonderful view of the Moselle Valley, is large enough for two people. There is a fully equipped kitchen with an induction hob and a living room with a 55-inch 4K TV. The bedroom faces the Moselle, and since the main road is on the other side of the building, you will sleep exceptionally here. The space A self-contained holiday apartment of approximately 45 m² with high-quality furnishings, located on the first floor. The apartment has a covered balcony with a wonderful view of the Moselle and the valley. You may use the house’s wellness area, including an indoor pool, sauna, steam bath and solarium, on the same terms as the two other holiday apartments. You can enjoy it privately and exclusively for at least 2 hours per day at no additional cost. Towels, bathrobes and bed linen are already included in the price. Guest access Also included in the price is daily, free access to the wellness area. The wellness area is located on the garden level of the house and includes an indoor pool with a water temperature of 30 °C, except during the height of summer. The pool features a counter-current system, floor bubble jets, underwater speakers and a children’s slide. There is also a Finnish sauna and a steam bath. You will receive a personal access code from me to book the wellness area via a website. This ensures that you can enjoy the entire wellness area privately and exclusively for at least two hours each day. Your bookings can be adjusted online at any time according to your wishes. You can reserve one to two hours per apartment and use via a website; subject to availability, several reservations per day are also possible. You will receive the website address and reservation code a few days before arrival. During your reserved time, you may lock the access door. The wellness area is available to guests from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. The wellness area can be fully screened from outside view by electric shutters. The wellness area is used exclusively by guests of our holiday home. In winter, the pool water is heated to over 30 °C, while in summer the water temperature is 27 °C. Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed in the wellness area. To answer a frequently asked question: you may use the wellness area as often as you like, provided that each individual reservation does not exceed 2 hours at a time. Check-out is by 10:00 a.m.
