The Cabin, Crooklets. Close to beach and town

Good for surfers, couples & young families, my place is less than 500 metres from award winning beaches with great surf and stunning cliff walks. A links golf course and the restaurants, cafes and shops of Bude are nearby and within easy walking distance. This cosy wooden cabin is self-contained with own entrance, small double bedroom, separate bunk bed, kitchen with breakfast bar & sitting area, wc & shower room. Outside is a decking area with table and chairs, swing seat and a solar shower. The space The wooden cabin is self-contained with its own entrance, comfortable open plan kitchen/sitting room with breakfast bar and sofa, small double bedroom, separate bunk bed, wc & shower room. There is free nearby parking. The space is great for one or two people, and a small third person, + baby is ok. Please note that the bunk bed is raised and quite narrow so may not be suitable for a young child or a third large adult. This Cabin is not suitable for people with mobility issues as the corridor is narrow and the shower space snug. The double bed fills the bedroom which is partly overhung by the structure of the single bunk in the next room, but the room is light and airy with two windows - hard to explain and even harder to photograph! it also has shelf space and there is hanging space underneath the bunk bed next door. There is a largish low sofa in the sitting room which some people use to sleep on. We ask that you bring your own towels. If this is difficult, we can provide if requested. The corridor is quite narrow and the wc/shower room is quite small so unsuitable for wheelchair access, for people with mobility issues or of large build. Please note there is no wi-fi in the cabin...and no tv! - tho there is free wi-fi in the cafes nearby. Guest access Let us know when you aim to arrive and someone should be here to meet you and show you where to park etc. If you are going to be late we can provide directions. The cabin is in our garden and divided by a screen for privacy and can be accessed by a side gate into the lane behind so it has its own entrance. There is free parking on the road close by. Other things to note Please note there is no wi-fi in the cabin and no TV but there is free wi-fi nearby in the cafes on the beach and good 4G The kitchen is reasonably well equipped, and there are many great restaurants, cafes and takeaways near by. We ask that you bring your own towels. If this is difficult, we can provide them if requested. Well behaved clean pets allowed at an extra £5 per night. We trust you to leave this money in the cabin, or pay on arrival, as airbnb do not charge automatically for this. Due to a couple of recent issues, we have to add a couple of common sense rules as we do not want to have to exclude dogs from coming in the future - so, If you do bring a dog - 1. please don't let them on the bed or sofa, especially if they are muddy, wet or moulting, nor feed them on the bed! 2.please take them for outside for walks regularly as we've discovered the small bit of grass there is has been killed by dogs weeing on it 3. please don't leave your dog unattended in the cabin if it is likely to destroy anything or to bark the whole time you are out! On another note, rubbish is collected from the back of the cabin early on Friday mornings, so you may be woken by the refuse lorry and we will need to put the rubbish out of the gate on Thursday night (so please don't lock outside gate on a thursday if you go out) otherwise no-one will use your entrance while you are staying with us, it is private to you.
