Located a 5-minute walk from Levante Beach, in the corner of Loix, one of the areas with the most leisure activities in all of Benidorm. Surrounded by restaurants, bars, nightclubs, supermarkets, a casino, and a market, without the need to take the car. Perfect for a pleasant stay. The space It is fully furnished, with Wi-Fi included, a Smart TV, heating, and air conditioning. It has a bedroom with three single beds and a living room with a double sofa bed. The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped, with an espresso coffee maker, a microwave, a toaster, a juicer, and a kettle. Guest access 5 minutes from the apartment there is a white zone (with a dashed white line) where parking is free any day of the week. In addition, there is a blue zone (for a fee on weekdays) next door. Other things to note Please do not bring animals. No accommodation for groups of people under 20 years of age.
