Book soon!🏔️☕️ The space 3★ detached chalet for 6 guests, perched at an altitude of 700 m (2,300 ft) on the heights of Saint-Floret. Absolute calm, the song of birds or the sound of cowbells, pure mountain air. • Ground floor: • Spacious living room with large bay window → panoramic view of the Sancy massif and the Chapelle du Brionnet (table for 6 people, comfortable sofa). • Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, gas stove, dishwasher, Senseo coffee machine + filter, kettle, complete set of dishes, raclette machine). • Bedroom 1: Double bed with mountain view. • Bedroom 2: bunk beds (ideal for children/teens). • Bathroom with shower + separate toilet, hairdryer • Bed linens/towels included for stays of 4 nights or more; €20 option for stays of fewer than 4 nights. • Mezzanine level: • Cozy room with a double bed • Crib available (please provide crib bedding). • Reading area/library + remote work/relaxation space. • Excellent 4G coverage (sufficient speed; no fiber-optic Wi-Fi, but that's not needed here) • Exterior: • Flower-filled terrace facing southwest + barbecue + deck chairs → magical sunsets over the Sancy. • Private backyard (partially fenced) + 2 parking spaces. Guest access We will be there to welcome you and chat with you. - Check-in between 6:00 PM and 10:00 PM and check-out before 10:00 AM, Please don't hesitate to ask us for more flexibility. - Full access to the chalet + terrace. - Please be aware that there are a few steps/staircases.
