Absolute calm, birdsong or cowbell, pure mountain air. • Ground floor: • Spacious living room with large bay window → panoramic view of the Sancy massif and the Chapelle du Brionnet (table for 6 people, comfortable sofa). • Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, gas stove, dishwasher, Senseo coffee maker + filter, kettle, complete dishes, raclette machine). • Bedroom 1: Double bed with mountain views. • Bedroom 2: bunk beds (ideal for children/teens). • Bathroom with shower + separate toilet, hairdryer • Bed linen/towels included for stays of 4 nights or more; €20 option for stays of < 4 nights. • Floor (mezzanine): • Cozy bedroom with double bed • Baby cot available (please provide baby bed linen). • Reading area/library + teleworking/relaxation area. • Excellent 4G coverage (sufficient speed, no fiber WiFi but unnecessary here) • Exterior: • Flowered terrace facing southwest + barbecue + deckchairs → magical sunsets on the Sancy. • Private backyard (partial fence) + 2 parking spaces.
